This is paired WONDERFULLY with cream cheese, Larrupin Dill Sauce (also local & available at the Los Bagel's site), and Lox. If you are in the area, Los Bagels is a MUST.Abbynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3629569640654321377.post-64262799087763124002009-01-15T23:09:00.000-05:002009-01-15T23:09:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Zoe Winbourn Scotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14203643439876132828noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3629569640654321377.post-36553318304256809312009-01-12T21:01:00.000-05:002009-01-12T21:01:00.000-05:00I'm currently making my way through the depths of ...I'm currently making my way through the depths of your blog, and this post caught my eye.

It was surprising to me that you, being such a foodie, had never had Humboldt Fog, which is sort of a household name for me. Then I realized that I live a few hours away from Humboldt Bay and you live a whole country away. I feel smart.

I guess if I asked the majority of kids my age ay school if they had ever heard of Humboldt Fog, though, they would look at me like I was crazy. . .WindintheWireshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07595028842008293154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3629569640654321377.post-43091579025379074222008-10-30T22:14:00.000-04:002008-10-30T22:14:00.000-04:00Ill be on lookout chefIll be on lookout chefNick Nhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03216218929986137536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3629569640654321377.post-38188063998974225982008-10-22T20:53:00.000-04:002008-10-22T20:53:00.000-04:00http://www.cheese-france.com/cheese/bleu_auvergne....http://www.cheese-france.com/cheese/bleu_auvergne.htm
One of my favorite Bleus. See if they carry this one. Creamy and pungeunt, accents of the floral, mountainous grasses the cows feed on in Auvergne region. I first tried this cheese on my honeymoon in Buffalo, and have to have it on any cheese display I serve. Definitely worth a try.CHEFhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12883835262821809870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3629569640654321377.post-80950104630285255842008-10-22T19:50:00.000-04:002008-10-22T19:50:00.000-04:00No problemJust another COTW (cheese of the week)I ...No problem
Just another COTW (cheese of the week)
I already have next week's in mindSarah Goodmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02073986760183138619noreply@blogger.com
