I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.

Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, banana, dark chocolate
I made a yummy version of this lovely sammy years ago. I was inspired by the Elvis sandwich I had heard about but I think I got the wires crossed and I remembered that it was a Fried Peanut Butter, Bacon and Banana Sandwich. Anyhow, I made it on my panini grill and it was awesome!
these are what i call sandwiches

ReplyDeleteYou've been on a sandwich kick recently, huh? Here's a blog post that talks about his take on sandwiches. I'm curious as to what you think.
ReplyDeleteliz, honey with pb is heavenly. Never tried it on pb&b though. Must be good.
ReplyDeleteBob, not a huge fan of the fluff. It's ok but i prefer bananas or jelly.
