I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.

Throwback

I like your blog! Love that you take a pic of everything that you eat! Keep it up!!! and GO UPENN! I have a friend that lives in Phili and went to Temple and have been meaning to visit him... let me know of all the food reccos that you have in the city!
Wow this looks delicious! It is very impressive that you already work in a fancy restaurant in a large city at a very young age. I love cooking myself, but am not very good at not following a recipe. Do you always follow a recipe or do you just put in ingredients and experiment as you go?
I love your blog because it make me hungry. Your blog is good with telling about you too. I also like how you have financial section and you referee bloomberg.
Wow! That looks amazing! I love how good you make the scallops look. I really like how nicely the scallops look after you put them on the plate. When I was young, I really disliked scallops because they didn't look very appetizing. As I grew up, I started to appreciate the taste of the scallops. I remember pestering my parents for scallops when I got a sudden craving for them. How did you become such a good cook? Did you just buy the most expensive scallops or a certain brand?
