I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.
Nick, what's the second picture of? I don't recognize most of the photos, but this one in particular looks like fried chicken with a dollop of raspberry sauce on it, and I am praying that I am completely wrong.
I've enjoyed reading your blog. I'm currently a college student and just really beginning to have interest in food and cooking, so it is amazing to see someone so young and established. I look forward to more great content.
This was the great chef's event which took place in Philadelphia as a benefit for the Alex's Lemonade Stand charity foundation. I worked there as a volunteer.
