I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.

What's in here
Anyone wanna venture a guess as to what's in here?
And ya can't just say doughnuts smarties, I need some specificity.
Pumpkin Donuts, but is that the best that Philly has to offer in Pumpkin Donuts? We still have some indie donut makers in Michigan. Dunkin bought out one of our older chains in Flint (Dawn Donuts), but Donna's Donuts is still kicking out artery-clogging "heart attack with a hole in it" goodness 7 days a week. One of their TV spots features a scene that is played out at several businesses every day. New kid has to bring baked goods to company meeting. Goes to Krispy Kreme and shows up and is told: "Go to Donna's, we will wait...everything else is a waste of time." If food is going to kill me, it might as well be GREAT FOOD!
