I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.
I just made a chargrilled corn salad - mine had jicama, tom, red o's, black beans in a citus vinagrette.
That looks delicious! I've been eating a lot of corn lately so this will be perfect! The pictures look awesome.
Wow! That looks so creative, and of course tasty and healthy.I'm telling you young man, when I'm the occupant of the White House, well, between this, the pizza and the raddachio done over the last 10 days or so, you'll be drafted into the role as senior lunch chef. Oh wait-I'm Canadian, so I can't be the occupant of the WH. But still, I actually do know somebody who's high up in Missouri politics, and I can make suggestions to him. Gosh that looks droolingly good!
