I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.

Eleven Madison Park
After this review I gotta go here. Now to make some money...
Oh it's definitely worth it. I did the gourmand tasting (11 courses) in June and it was absolutely incredible. The service, pacing of the meal, and most of all, the food, were all some of the best I've experienced.
your so lucky you live in philly with lots of good gourmet resturants and you live close to nyc so you can go to all those resturants too where i live even though its a big city has no gourmet resturants at all! its just sucky chain food and the overpriced steakhouse that you go to for special occasions with mediocre food!
It's a pretty amazing restaurant - I went over the summer during Harvest Week (they're little version of restaurant week). It was $25 for three courses, plus amuse-bouche. Not as good as the eleven courses (which I really want to try) but a little bit easier to afford.

Heh I almost worked there. I would have loved to have been there for THAT celebration.

WOW! $88 for three courses and extras. Not bad for the Big City. Thanks for pointing me to the review.
