My kids like to chase one another with the fennel and call it the "claw." Although this year I put the fennel in some meatballs and was happy with the combo. What will you do with the claw?
So lovely. What do you do with fennel? I ended up taking mine to the food bank because I didn't think I would like the taste. I'm not a fan of licorice and that is what I was told it tasted like. Guess I should have just eaten some, but I didn't know how to prepare it!
