I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.

Egg-Yolk Orange
Crayola should make a new color "pastured hen egg orange."
It would replace lime green as my favorite.

Why do I look at this picture, and feel calm? Eggs are so delicious, and you captured a great shot before the whites start to actually turn white! =)
