Village Whiskey Burger
The burger at Jose Garces' new spot, Village Whiskey, which is set to open in August, looks AMAZING! Check it out on Grub Street Philadelphia (which by the way just started).
That burger does look damn good! However, is that beef REALLY sustainable if it's being brought in from Maine? I'm positive there are grass-fed and sustainable beef cattle to be found much much closer.
