I made a large large batch of cookie dough, then scooped out individual portions and froze them, then vaccuum sealed them in bags of 15. I just leave the bags in the freezer until I want some cookies. I bake at 350 for 16 minutes and I have delicious chocolate chip cookies.

You don't mention dipping the cookies in warm chocolate and pistachio fudge though.... or is it just me that does that?
Vastly off topic here, but I was rather curious as to what chef's knife you use.
I think breaking those apart would be tricky! We use tupperware and layer them, and then separate the layers with wax paper. It also lets you do numbers that aren't fifteen or thirty.
