I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.
aww your lucky you have such an authentic market in your city... i live in tampa which is a pretty big city yet we have no real ethnic markets of any kind, we have some italian speciality groceries but thats about it... and if i want authentic greek groceries i have to go all the way to this small town an hour and a half away

But one little question-why is everyone in these pictures dressed so warmly for a July day in Philadelphia? Are these pictures from a previous visit?
