I'm just a 15 year old high school student in the Philadelphia suburbs with a love for food. I have an apprenticeship at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse, and will be writing about my experiences there, as well as anything else that strikes my palate.

Sunday
Today is Sunday, and it is a rare Sunday in the sense that I barely have any homework whatsoever. In times such as these, I take full advantage of the spare time and cook! What will I make? A lil rustic Italian? French Bistro? Scandanavian? Well it all depends on what I can get at the market, but I doubt it will be Scandanavian. I'll get back to you later today!

Okey, new reader and all, maybe that'll justify reading so far back... But I've gotta ask, when you talk about cooking scandinavian, what do you mean? My mom's Swedish and my dad's from Norway, and I can't really see the difference between "normal" food and "scandinavian" food... But then, I live in Sweden, soo ^^
