My very controversial hierarchy of Halloween candy

I agree with most everything, but I would drop the Baby Ruth, Three Musketeers & Milky Way to BELOW the Twix and above the M&Ms. There are five other chocolate bars that would go at the top...none of which anyone gives out for Halloween.
